Collably uses an organization workspace. Your role and plan determine which creator scope and plan features are available, while records remain scoped to your organization.
Where to look
- Settings contains your business profile, notification templates, notification history, and account controls.
- The sidebar links to the main operational areas; the mobile bottom bar provides quick access to core pages.
- Agency-capable plans can manage multiple creator profiles and filter records by creator.
- Creator users see the creator profile associated with their account rather than unrelated organization records.
Note:If a feature or record is not available, check your role, creator profile scope, and current plan before recreating data.
