Invoices

Creating and sending an invoice

Create an invoice from a collaboration, add line items, review tax and totals, then send it to the brand.

Updated August 22, 2026

Invoices are tied to a collaboration and use your Business Profile as the sender identity. Before creating one, your profile must have the business name, business email, and country required for invoice generation.

Create an invoice

  1. 1Open Invoices and choose New Invoice, then select the collaboration.
  2. 2Confirm the invoice number, issue date, due date, currency, recipient details, and notes.
  3. 3Add or review line items. Check subtotal, tax, discount, and grand total before saving.
  4. 4Save as Draft to continue editing, or send it when the details are final.
  5. 5Open the invoice detail page to download the PDF, copy the invoice link, send a reminder, or record a payment.
Note:Invoice readiness is based on the fields required to generate an invoice, not every optional business-profile field. If the wizard asks you to complete your profile, use the Business Profile link in the message.

Frequently asked questions

Can I invoice a partially paid collaboration?

Yes. The invoice remains available for reminders while it has an outstanding balance.

Does revenue include tax?

Recognized collaboration revenue excludes tax and fees. Invoice payment tracking still uses the invoice grand total and received payment amounts.
