Exporting business data
Download a copy of your Collably business data and handle the export safely.

The Settings export creates a downloadable business-data workbook for users whose plan includes exports. It is useful for offline analysis and keeping an independent copy of workspace records.
Start an export
- 1Open Settings and choose Export Business Data.
- 2If your plan does not include exports, Collably takes you to the upgrade page with a return path to Settings.
- 3Keep the page open while the export is prepared. A progress dialog prevents accidental navigation.
- 4Cancel only when you no longer need the file; a cancelled export does not produce a completed download.
- 5When ready, save the downloaded file in a secure location and treat it as business-sensitive data.
Note:Export availability is plan-gated. The export is downloaded by the browser; it is not a replacement for a managed, encrypted backup policy.
