Managing your Business Profile
Configure the sender identity, tax details, payment instructions, and defaults used in your invoices and emails.

Complete your profile
- 1Open Settings → Business Profile.
- 2Enter business name, business email, country, and the address details you want printed on invoices.
- 3Add your logo and tax label/value or rate where applicable.
- 4Add payment instructions such as bank, UPI, PayPal, or IBAN details when you accept those methods.
- 5Set default payment terms and notes, then save and review a draft invoice.
Why these fields matter
- The minimum invoice-readiness fields unlock invoice creation.
- Logo, address, tax, payment methods, and default notes influence generated invoice PDFs.
- Business name is also used in notification sign-offs.
